Seminar „Making Lifelong Learning a Reality“, Cologne, 7th to 9th March 2004
Workshop No. 6: Developing networksThis workshop shall give the opportunity to debate on strategies to develop networks. Discussed will be: which mechanisms have proven to have a lasting effect on the protection and stabilisation of networks. The target of this workshop is to make the everyday life of networks more transparent and to question the efficiency of network supports, if possible in relation to real cases. In addition, the resistances, possibilities, potentials, preconditions and limits of institutional, horizontal networks will be discussed, with focus on the bottom-up process.
